Yoga

    We meet in the President's Hall at Walton Community Centre on Tuesday mornings from 10.30am to 12.00noon. Gentle Yoga postures followed by relaxation, led by Laura Lee.        

                   

           
    Yoga keeps you healthy. You become more supple with a better circulation and so you feel younger. It helps you to cope with life's stresses.
